We have been invited by Rumah Amal Limpahan Kasih (RALK) in Puchong to join their programme called 'KONVOI KEMBARA KASIH MAULIDURRASUL 2008'. Details are as follows;
Date: 06/04/2008 (Sunday)
Time: 8.00am – 5.30pm
Venue: From RALK in Puchong to KL (going through KLCC, Menara KL, Masjid Negara, dataran Merdeka, Taman Tasik Titiwangsa) to Wetland, Putrajaya.
Programme:
7.30am - VOCM Members to gather at venue to be advised
8.00am - Arriving at Rumah Amal Limpah Kasih, Kg Sri Aman, Puchong
8.30am - Breakfast & arrangement of passengers for each car
9.00am - Convoy to Tesco Puchong for handing over goodies, final briefing, press coverage etc
9.30am - Official flag off by MP Puchong (YB Mr Gobind Singh)
9.45am - Convoy around KL (from Puchong to Menara KL, KLCC, Tasik Titiwangsa, Taman Rama Rama, Dataran Merdeka)
12.00pm - Convoy to Wetland, Putrajaya
2.00pm - Lunch
2.30pm - Handing over donations etc to 300 orphan and 30 single mother
3.00pm - Handing over certificate of appreciation to artist, car club, sponsors etc
3.30pm - Performance by artists
4.15pm - Press photography session
4.30pm - Convoy back to Rumah Amal Limpah Kasih
5.30pm - Programme End

The Dinner Organizing Committee has negotiated with Tropical Inn, Johor Bahru for a special rate for VOCM members:
Superior room
RM130nett with 2 breakfast
RM15.00 per pax for extra breakfast for adult
RM7.50 per pax for extra breakfast for child 6 yrs and above
Due to limited rooms available, those members who required accommodations at Tropical Inn please confirm your room reservation early with the following same appointed VOCM members as listed above.

Payment ca be made through:
1. Deposit into VOCM Acct : RHB-21416500018303 (Do SMS us your name, amount & number of pax)
2. Direct Payment to any of the appointed members listed above.
DEPOSIT

* Room – Deposit of RM70 is required for confirmation.

Richard resignation as a Committee Member

We regret to announce that one of our Committee members, Richard, had decided to withdraw as a Committee Member due to work commitment and personal reasons. He nevertheless will remain active in VOCM as and when his time permits.
On behalf of Committee Members, we would like to express our sincere thanks for all your contribution towards fellow members & committee members all this while.
We wish you all the best and you are rest assured that we will always welcome you with open arm whenever you wish to comeback to serve as Committee Member.
